Thema is the only home care agency on the Main Line backed by a highly experienced, multidisciplinary leadership team. This team includes a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Certified Senior Care Manager, Aging Life Care Association professional, Alzheimer’s Association community educator, and Eden Alternative educator. Together, we bring decades of leadership experience in senior living, memory care, and therapeutic programming, ensuring our dementia care program is informed, trusted, and expertly delivered.
Our caregivers undergo advanced, dementia-specific training to ensure each client receives knowledgeable, specialized support aligned with best practices in memory care, making them true Memory Care Specialists. All Memory Care Specialists have at least three years of experience, are Certified Nursing Assistants, or are Licensed Practical Nurses. We prioritize consistent caregiver assignments to reduce client confusion and ensure all care is overseen by a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Our exclusive Weekly Wellness Reports summarize care activities, mood observations, and engagement highlights to help families stay connected.
